A highly engineered new build of ours. Due to the proximity of the plot on an elevated site backing on to the beach, extensive piling on to a raft foundation with major retaining walls and specialist tanking was required. Special attention to detail on every aspect of the build with a tremendous end result as the picture. A very happy client and a build we all at Garnett-Hughes Developments are very proud of.
